1. All things being equal human beings will do what is most comfortable (the easy way out) over doing the correct thing.
2. Lasting permanent change involving any aspect of one’s inner self is not a function of will power. Will power alone is not enough, especially if you’ve been locked into a negative pattern (behavior) your whole life. Sadly any change based solely upon will power is most probably going to fail.
3. Successful change is rooted to two things: Having a good, viable, realistic plan on how you are going to go about it and proper execution. At this point a heavy sprinkling of will power (which will wain) wouldn’t hurt.

As for me, I stopped making New Years Resolutions years ago and devoted my life is to the concept of Kaizen (Constant and never-ending improvement). I will however this week sit down and write out my goals for DreamsEscortService.com and DivineCompanions.com for the year with clear time tables for each small gain. I’m from the school of endeavor to make a 1% positive change each day, week or month (you choose). One percent may not sound like much, however such improvement or growth compounds itself. Eventually you may find yourself taking off like a rocket. Never under estimate the power of compounding.
